Professional cyclist Alison Tetrick joins Halehouse for a morning of movement, connection and recovery. Cruise through the picturesque paths of Carneros on a 28-mile ride, then cool off with a recovery session and family-style lunch. Whether you are training for your next race or craving a convivial wine country bike ride, this experience is about learning how to work hard, then truly let yourself rest.
